Serve at Southwood Sunday Opportunities

Provide information and help people sign up for special events on Sunday mornings.  You'll serve in a rotation once every 6-8 weeks, before the service of your choice. Arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the service.

Christmas Giving Trees at Southwood

Giving Trees are up and filled with Christmas wish tags from our Mission Partners and Southwood Families and Community Members. By taking a tag from the trees at Southwood or online and returning the requested gift, you will brighten Christmas for someone in difficult circumstances.

Your kindness and generosity will help

  • Friendship Home – women and children escaping abuse
  • Saratoga Elementary students
  • Tabitha residents
  • Lutheran Family Services - refugee families
  • Regional Center residents
  • Children in Tanzania or Honduras
  • Mourning Hope – children grieving the loss of a loved one
  • Someone in our church experiencing crisis

Bring your new, unwrapped gift (with the Giving Tree tag attached) to the bins at Southwood Central by December 7 to have them delivered to our partners and families in time for Christmas.
