Eastridge Pantry Donations

Serve at Southwood

Suggested items are:

  • Canned Fruit (especially pineapple & mandarin oranges)
  • Ready to heat/eat Soups or Meals
  • Pancake Mix
  • Baking Supplies (flour, sugar, cooking oil)
  • Boxed Cereal
  • Instant Oatmeal
  • Condiments
  • Snacks (granola bars, crackers, cookies)
  • Body Lotion
  • Bath Soap
  • Shampoo/Conditioner

Because of God's Grace
Lent at Southwood
Our theme on Wednesday, March 4th, is Because of God's grace, we are community!
As a community, we serve others. The lenten meal will be a sack lunch served in the cafe from 5:30 - 6:30PM, so that we can serve together in the Fellowship Hall. Beginning at 5pm, volunteers will be able to pack meal ingredients with Mercy Meals. There are multiple shifts open for people to serve for 30 minutes. There are ways to help before and after the event, too.

The meals packed during the evening will be shipped all over the world to feed those in high poverty areas or communities devastated by disasters.
