We had the BEST VBS!

Amidst the hilarious, but poignant commentary of Abby and Abraham, the costumes, bible stories, hieroglyphics, antique maps, macrame, endless science experiments that had the kids oohing and aahing, Gaga ball, washing our fears away, and shooting our gratitude up to God with a water canon; we had the BEST VBS! Smiles, laughter (sooo much laughter), honesty, touching moments, and pure unadulterated JOY! As a first time Director, my cup runneth over. Individuals who choose to come together as a team to collectively wrap our arms around these children and teach them about God’s love and grace was extraordinary.

As Mike Menard would say, if you remember nothing else, “BE BOLD! BE STRONG! For the Lord your God is with you!”
