The Christmas season is always a special time at Southwood. We’ll be celebrating Christ’s birth with traditional Christmas carols and a retelling of the Christmas story.

Southwood’s Christmas online worship service will be available on Tuesday, December 24 at 7AM. Invite family and friends to worship with you online or in-person.
During the busy Christmas season, it can be especially difficult if you are dealing with hard circumstances. On Wednesday, December 18, 12:15 – 12:45PM, our Blue Christmas Service will provide comfort, support and healing for many difficult life situations. We will focus on scripture and prayer as we are reminded that God is always ready to receive our worries and concerns.
The offerings collected during Christmas will support Southwood's Mission efforts throughout the year. Christmas Offering

$25 provides 50 meals through Food Bank of Lincoln distributions.

$50 provides a Food box for Meals on Wheels clients.

$100 will support one patient appointment at Clinic with a Heart.

$275 provides a student at Saratoga Elementary a weekly backpack of food for a year.

$500 provides education in Tanzania or Honduras.
