Call Committee Update - June 2024
The committee was formally presented with three candidates from the private search group Vanderbloemen in May. After conversations and consideration, the call committee determined that these candidates were not a good fit with Southwood. In addition, the Nebraska Synod has presented the committee with two candidates, but those candidates have chosen not to move forward in the search process. So, at this time, there are no further candidates under consideration. Vanderbloemen, the Synod, and the Call Committee continue to pursue all leads for candidates and remain confident that this is all part of the process leading to the best call for Southwood.
