If you anticipate caring for an aging parent or loved one, or are currently in this role, we encourage you to join us for our 5-week Caring for Aging Parents class. This class offers practical guidance, essential information, and a vital support network.

Topics include:

• Financial & Legal Planning: Guidance on power of attorney, wills, estate planning, and managing healthcare expenses.
• Emotional, Mental, & Social Well-being: Strategies for fostering independence, combating loneliness, promoting engagement, and recognizing signs of decline.
• Insurance Navigation: Understanding Medicare and other insurance complexities.
• Daily Caregiving: Practical tips and guidance for routine care.
• Future Planning: Proactive approaches and honoring your loved one's preferences.

Our class features accomplished speakers and community experts who will share their knowledge on these significant topics. All materials, including a comprehensive caregiver resource binder, are provided at no cost. Sessions are Mondays, 6PM-7:30PM, beginning September 8th, in the Fellowship Hall.
